I'm actually having problems with my logstash-dev.cloud instance as well. It used to be 209.132.184.120, but after rebooting it last night it never came back online.

Kushal your instance is created - it's now running at ip:

209.132.184.148

You have root access and your ssh key is in root's authorized_keys.

Lmacken: your problem is b/c of the euca cloudlet imploding. I'm working on migrating the persistent instances over to the openstack cloudlet - yours included. Please file a different ticket about that if you have ongoing concerns - this one is not related.
