Per discussions with kevin at FUDcon Lawrence, we'd like to set up some minimal monitoring (and active notifications) for the fedora for power systems.

The main thing we care about is disk space both on our filer share (vtap-fedora-nfs01.storage.phx2.redhat.com:/vol/fedora_ppc/data) and on a local filesystem (/mnt/data) on ppc-composer.qa.fedoraproject.org

Can we also add to this request basic "is it up?" and space on / for ppc-hub.qa.fedoraproject.org as well?
