The currently planned features for the blocker tracking app (blocker/fe bug proposal page) require the ability to edit bugs in bugzilla. I'm currently planning to do that with a FAS account created for that app.
I'm requesting bot status, ability to login to bugzilla and 'editbugs' permissions for the 'blockerbugs' FAS account.
Should be all set now. We setup an email alias for the bot, modified the account for bot status, Set up a password in the private repo (no templated configs yet, so it's just there for the future: blockerbugsPassword and blockerbugsBugzillaPassword), created a bugzilla account with bugmail off, and added it to the fedora_contrib group which gives it editbugs.
