= bug description =
I've been trying to use the packages web app at bugz.fedoraproject.org/<packagename>. I tried bugz.fedoraproject.org/NetworkManager for example. It kept trying to retrieve data and repeatedly kept failing with "Error loading data for this element" when I clicked on "Bugs". Since the error greys out the "File a bug at fedora" link too, I cannot use this page to head to the bugzilla template for NM :(

I've refreshed repeatedly, and now the lower half shows a bug list. However, the upper half has kept failing with the error, and the "file bug link" is still greyed out (Screenshot attached).

= fix recommendation =

I realize that the idea behind the design is to ensure people look at the buglist before filing a bug, but in the case of these errors, it's unusable. Also bugzilla does give a list of related bugs now, as you type in your summary. Is it possible to decouple the retrieval and the "file a bug" links, or ensure that it doesn't fail so frequently?
