= phenomenon =
A few days ago, nirik was kind enough to create /project/armv8 on fedorapeople.org as a location for large git repositories and files needed for the ARMv8 bootstrapping effort.

Ownership on the directory is currently limited to myself which is more restrictive than useful.

= reason =
We will have several people collaborating on this effort; and, we would prefer progress not be blocked by not having actions rely on a single individual.

= recommendation =
What we would like to see happen is that a new FAS group be created (called 'aarch64'). That group would have ownership of /project/armv8. Myself (ahs3) and Jon Masters (jonmasters) would be the initial members of that group.

Done. I created the group with you as admin/owner, you can add/promote anyone you like in the account system.

I have also changed group ownership on the armv8 area on fedorapeople.
