In order to collaborate on bootstrapping work for Fedora for ARMv8, I will need to host a potentially large git repo containing a copy of the current state of the bootstrapped rootfs, and I will need to host a copy of a rootfs disk image that will be needed by others in order to assist.

In discussions with nirik on #fedora-admin, a group space would make more sense since it does not have a quota. It is not backed up, but that can be handled in other ways.
