In reference to ticket #3486, Zodbot is used by many Fedora IRC channels. Many channels make use of their Zodbot, but some don't, though they have the bot. Looking for an efficient way to track Zodbot activity, so it's known which channels don't use Zodbot.

= analysis =
A plugin needs to be scripted to log Zodbot activity for channels that have Zodbot. Zodbot could log off after 3 months of inactivity. It would be cool if logging off was automated.
