Made a new sig to maintain the @core group. I think it'd be good to have a dedicated mailing list, because even if it's low-traffic it'll make it easier to communicate on issues like "hey anyone know why plymouth is in core?" without getting lost on the main devel list or adding more noise there.
I think "minimal" is a fine name for the list.
You want me to do this? Or hold off for a bit more to see if devel will work out?
Honestly, I think most of the stakeholders would be on devel already so it would be simpler to just keep discussion there, but I'd be happy to make the list if you prefer. ;)
Much easier to hold off than to undo. I'll reopen this if it looks like splitting things out would be better.
