The FAS OpenID code has been reworked to allow authentication w/o prior username knowledge.

This allows us to use OpenID on jenkins via its OpenID plugin. Additionally it should make things simpler with say, ask or the fudcon app.

Closed, this was reverted as it opened up some security holes. We're going to be deploying a separate openid server fas-openid which will be able to do this.
