Instance Requirements: (these are estimated)
- Mem: 1.5G free
- Disk: ~500M free
- A single core should be sufficient.
- OS: Most recent stable Fedora + RHEL

Software requirements are listed at

Anything that is available as a package should be installed system-wide, the rest can be installed in a virtualenv (this will match what a user would likely use).

these ips should be persistent over time (barring changes to our cloud infrastructure)

you have root ssh access to them using the keys you added in fas.

You can install things using:
yum install

if you need help - ask.
