Right now our packages puppet module contains the tagger configuration as well, which should be broken out into it's own module.

It also contains a lot of old 'community' references, which could be renamed as well.
mattwh indicated he didn't have time to work on this right now.
So, opening it back up for any interested folks.
If nobody minds, I'd like to take a look at this one.

I've added packages-tagger.diff which contains all the modified files and directories.

updated packages module packages-staging_v1.patch
staging for separate tagger module. tagger-staging_v1.patch
changing the namespace to stop clashes with production tagger-staging_v2.patch
After some modification and wrestling with puppet being ridiculous, this is deployed to staging in modules-staging/fedoratagger.
That will need merging into modules/ before we should close the ticket (after the Freeze is up).
