We're getting a 403 permission denied on:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Distribution/Freemedia/Join_freemedia
search for: You may use the FreeMedia disc mailer to save on postage costs, it is available here: (http://ascenseur.fedorapeople.org/fedora_mailer_new.otg)

Can you find the file if possible?
and make it downloadable.
Tried to email his fedora alias, bounced.

That user is no longer active.

Nor are their files still on-line anywhere. We may have it in backups, but it won't be easy to look for. ;(

Looks like archive.org has a copy tho:

Hopefully you can use that one and put it some place better? (attach to the wiki?)
