Trac detected an internal error:
DatabaseError: database disk image is malformed
Another ticket that produces same results is https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/3122 I managed to make to changes to other tickets. For some people the report 3 of the freeipa instance stopped working with the same error.

Seems a dump/restore of the sqlite db got things back on trac.
This was an odd issue however, as only some people were seeing it, some not seeing it when not logged in, etc.
