I can't upload a PO file for fedorahosted.org module. Probably it's happening because there is no PO file for pt_BR yet.

I think Dimitris mentioned a bug (#310) for people with unicode characters in their name (like Diego Búrigo Zacarão). Look like it's fixed, but waiting on an rebuild/update of the Transifex package right now, so when that's done, we'll see if your problem is solved as well (actually, if you want, you can probably find out for sure by temporarily changing your name in FAS).
