When one increased my right to sponsor of the cvsl10n group, I received the email notification in Polish, while my FAS interface is in Fr.

I know that Piotr Drąg (who sponsored me) is Polish, hence the language selection could have been done in the wrong way (from the sender perpective).

This looks like the same issue as https://fedorahosted.org/fas/ticket/148
There's even some patches there, so hopefully we will see a fix at some point... can you add yourself there for more info?
