I'd like a packages01.dev instance set up so fchiulli can help with some development tasks.

If we can, please copy the cpu/mem/disk requirements from packages01.stg.

I can configure the app side of things (and the git checkout) once the VM is up.

Done. Let me know if there's additional groups to add to access and/or sudo on it.
