We've switched from gitweb to cgit but we need various pkgdb links updated.

Applied upstream to the 0.5.x and devel branches.

This was commited to the 0.5.x branch in:

Committed to stable

This fix was deployed in fedora-packagedb-0.5.5-1.el6 and the hotfix dropped.
