Reason for outage:
A fix was pushed in place to correctly load alternative themes and fix some other issues with the recent upgrade to mediawiki 119. Unfortunately, this caused a error with a database query which caused the service to be sporadically unavailable. We have reverted changes and are investigating this issue before pushing the fixes again.
