Simple change that will display a different pkgdb header in stg, dev, and production. That way we will more easily realize if we're interacting with a different site than we intend.

Already applied to upstream 0.5.x and devel branches.

This change modified pkgdb.css and layout.html

This was commited to the 0.5.x branch in:

Committed to stable along with 628 and 629 which adds a NEWS entry and 632 which makes use of config in the template more standard.

This fix was deployed in fedora-packagedb-0.5.5-1.el6 and the hotfix dropped.
