= background analysis = Patch review came to the team in recent years as the team grew. Having a single mailing list since the beginning of anaconda recorded time served well, but as contributions get larger and more frequent, we'd like to separate out patch review to a new list.
= implementation recommendation = We would list an 'anaconda-patches' mailing list created specifically for our patch review process.
I'm looking into this. Which domain should I set the mailing list up? (fedoraproject.org or fedorahosted.org are the available options)
