Issue #3347: Add virtmaint to bz + git watch for a few more packages. - fedora-infrastructure

Hi yall, I'd like to get the virtmaint faux fedora account added to the bz and commit watchlist for a few more packages. Here's the list:

libosinfo
libvirt-cim
libvirt-glib
libvirt-qmf
libvirt-qpid
libvirt-snmp
libvirt-sandbox
netcf
virt-dmesg
gtk-vnc
spice-gtk
spice-vdagent
