For the /usr-move ( https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/UsrMove ) we need a patched rpm, which populates the build root for rawhide.

Because the rpm on the build hosts is the rpm of RHEL-6, I also filed

But maybe we can rollout a patched rpm earlier on the build systems to continue implementing the feature
