Probably wrong timestamp somewhere.

Sadly, this was reported back in:

as well.

We need the new git plugin to fix this. ;(

Happily that is now on the horizon. We hope to get things setup soon to migrate people to new trac / rhel6. In any case we expect to have things all migrated within a month or so.

Done. This was just removing the 'BROWSER_VIEW' permission from the anonymous user, which you can also do in the trac admin section. ;)
