app01.dev isn't mentioned in sudoers

= implementation recommendation =

Add it to the WEB group (alternative would be the TEST group but we probably will split the services to their own test servers individually and WEB is higher security than TEST as we're transitioning and phasing out app01.dev).

Not doing yet since we're close to F16 release and updates to sudoers will also affect frozen hosts.
