Trying a new experiment:
meetingminutes@lists.fp.o can be cc'd when people are sending out meeting minutes from IRC meetings to their teams. This makes it easier for people to: get a quick digest of all meeting minutes (weekly subscribers) Find minutes quickly without having to search inbox while wondering if they need "minutes" or "notes" or "summary" or "recap" in the subject * Allow people to see more meeting minutes in one location without having to be on every list!
Bonus points: Can we modify meetbot somehow to remind people when the logs spit out at the end to say "remember to add meetingminutes@lists.fp.o to your cc: list when sending logs" or something like that?
I will be rousing the masses with one of my infamous blog posts about "try this and we'll see if it works"....

I'm not sure we could easily add to the stuff at the end of the meeting without modifying the supybot-meetbot plugin. I can ask upstream if they can provide a hook there.
Also, they are looking at setting up a way for it to mail a address on endmeeting, which we could just set for all our channels. ;)
