Outage: pkgs.fedoraproject.org - 2011-05-10 17:00 UTC

There will be an outage starting at 2011-05-10 17:00 UTC, which will last
approximately 1 hour.

Reason for outage:

The pkgs.fedoraproject.org server will be resized to have more storage
and git pkg branches will be modified. See
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Dist_Git_Branch_Redux for more details.
During this time the pkgs git repositories will not be available.

This is during the freeze so we need to make sure dgilmore and notting signs off.

FESCo already ACKed this time; not going to argue with them.

all accepted blockers should have builds by then and rc testing should be underway. so it should be fine

ok. This outage lasted longer than we intended, but is over now.
