These machines host the ns1.fedoraproject.org instance.
ns2.fedoraproject.org is at ibiblio, where it was recently moved to a new datacenter that has different IP's. The glue in whois has not yet been updated to point to the new ns2, so it is unable to take load.

ns3/ns4 instances are in the process of being setup, but are not yet in service.

There is no ETA at this time for restoring service.
