= phenomenon = transifex-client isn't working on app01.stg. Websites team is trying to incorporate automatic pulling of po files for website builds.
= reason = Talking to tx group, issues appears with using python 2.4. They've put in a fix for it (1). This hotfix includes their changes so we can continue to work on this process. They are also planning another release soon which should include this update and it will packaged then.

= recommendation = apply this hotfix for now and at a later date update rpm package once tx-client release is out.
apparently this isn't required for stg environment. However, this was also done in prod for beta website release.
