Oops, I edited out more of the reasoning than I meant to. The contributions shown above are all wiki vandalization (link spam). The commits have all been fixed/reverted but if the account is still open they could recur.
We are going to consider the account compromised and follow the steps outlined in an SOP I am trying to write.
