The idea is mainly to build up a planet istance reserved to trusted members and valid posts. (important posts or posts coming from a trusted font, let's say that any new post posted to this planet should be really relevant for the Fedora project (like announcements or official changes to any official team or project into Fedora)

We will have this scenario:

1. planet.fp.org, where all contributors have access. (this means no control over posts, everyone can post whatever he wants even if the topic is not fedora-project-related)
2. official-planet.fp.org (this is a name i had on my mind but it can be changed to whatever suits our needs), where we have control over post, only trusted members (or vouched by) can post and most of all where every post can be trusted as coming from an official source. (Fedora-only posts etc.)

New feeds aggregation should be given to a group of editors (2-3 are enough) that will act upon every request and decide if the applicant matches the criteria. (I've offered myself to help out with this and the general planet set up, and would be great if Seth will join the ship)

The decision will be taken by the 3 editors that will act as a council and vote for any feed inclusion.
