#2545 SOP and best practices for publictest## boxes

We need to discuss our practices for publictest boxes. Questions are:

  1. should we be leaving them up for a long time when they aren't being regularly worked on?
  2. should we be reinstalling them more commonly
  3. what is the SOP for their installation and allocation?

I think we somewhat decided this:

publictest boxes are subject to per cycle re-install or reaping anytime they aren't being used.

where should we document this? a publictest sop?
