export-bugzilla sends email to people whose fas email does not have a bugzilla account. This usually took care of the problem of packagers not having an email address in fas that was a bugzilla account but it is very noisy -- one email per hour is sent. For now, turn off the sending of email to the fas account holders and send to admin@fp.o instead.
This updated script has been checked into the fas repo. It is not present in fas-0.8.6.2.4-1.el5.fedora.infra.

This hotfix has been applied on fas01, fas02, and fas03. In normal circumstances cron should only be running it on fas01.
