Please note that in the Admin Panel - EZComments - Settings - The following items are checked: "Enable Comment Moderation" "Don't require moderation for comments from users who've already commented"
The following box is NOT checked: "All comments require moderation"

EZComments 2.0 installation fixed the issue on PT6?
I believe it did. I have packages for 2.0.0 sitting in my fedorapeople.org space here: http://pfrields.fedorapeople.org/packages/zikula/
I think they still need to be entered into EL-5.
