There are packages that already are in dist-f13, but bodhi doesn't seem to be aware of those and attemts to move them due stable karma.
Namely these two (maybe some other ones, these are just my ones):

At each attempt I am getting e-mails:
healpix-2.13a-2.fc13 unsuccessfully moved from dist-f13-updates into dist-f13 by bodhi swing-layout-1.0.4-1.fc13 unsuccessfully moved from dist-f13-updates into dist-f13 by bodhi

Be nice to each other.
Also, probably just move the package to -updates tag or let bodhi know about them.
This issue should now be resolved with the latest version of bodhi that is in production. Please re-open this ticket if you encounter this problem again. Thanks!
