The kde sig would like to work toward consolidating content from existing kde-settings and fedora-kde-artwork (and possibly other) existing trac instances.
Project short summary: This project hosts most things kde for Fedora, consolidating former kde-redhat project efforts and serving as canonical upstream for kde-settings and fedora/kde artwork-related packages in Fedora.
SCM choice (git/bzr/hg/svn): git
Importing from another SCM? no, kde-settings and fedora-kde-artwork are currently using svn, but we can handle the import duties ourselves.
Project admin Fedora Account System account name: rdieter
Trac Instance? yes
Mailing list(s)? no (we already have kde@lists.fedoraproject.org)
"The kde sig" wants that? Huh? I'm reading about this plan the first time now, it wasn't discussed at our meeting yesterday.
I don't see what's wrong with our current Trac instances.
Well, Rex said on IRC that "everyone else" liked the idea and I don't have strong objections to it, so let's go forward with it. I was just expressing my surprise. ;-)
gitkde has been created, rdieter is admin anon: git://git.fedorahosted.org/git/kde.git auth: ssh://git.fedorahosted.org/git/kde.git trac: http://fedorahosted.org/kde
