Project name: ELAPI

Project short summary: ELAPI stands for Event Logging API. Originally it was started as a component of the SSSD. https://fedorahosted.org/sssd/
The overview of the project can be found here https://fedorahosted.org/sssd/wiki/WikiPage/ELAPIInterface. We realized that the project should be forked out rather than be a part of the SSSD. Having them combined in one code base creates unnecessary problems for both. We planned to do it anyways in future when both become more mature but is seems that it is a good opportunity to fork them now.

We will use some git scripts manually to move ELAPI code from SSSD to the new repository preserving the history.
