The zabbix server is currently disabled due to upstream-reported security issues. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=551331 is currently open for tracking these, although we are running our own zabbix package from the infrastructure repo.
We will need to update our package once all of the fixes have been backported to 1.6.x.
