I can't get 209.132.176.189 to come up in a browser, what type of content will be there and what will it be used for?

It is the same machine as directory.fedoraproject.org. There is a squid reverse proxy in front that is rejecting the request because it doesn't forward just the IP address.

We will be setting up a wiki which will contain information on PKI.
