PHX1 has adequate disk space. Tracking that RDU does (it should they were pretty empty at beta time).

Ok we are currently using 887 GB if hardlinked and 1.1TB unlinked. Using historical trending, we should be 10-12% bigger than F11 so that would put us at 200 GB. So we should be at 1.1 TB after F12 hits. Thankfully F9 is pretty big so when its end of life occurs we will be down to 800 GB again.

We are good with the removal of F09 and F12-alpha. We should be ok til F13
