= reason = If for instance I dial 664 instead of 644 (for N-I-G) then when I get back responses there is no prompt to use 9 to go back to the previous menu.
= recommendation = Add option 9 to go backwards
Option 9 is used for "Next Page" if there are more than 8 search results.
The latest release of Asterisk (1.8) includes the ability to exit by pressing the # key.
