I need to be able to run some complex queries on the Trac tickets for the SSSD (specifically, bulk milestone changs). Would you please set me up with direct access to this database?

I opted to work around the problem and just wrote a script to do the bulk updating.
Also, I later joined sysadmin-hosted, so I have access if I ever need to do this again.
