Xen13 keeps rebooting
= reason =
Buhhh, pixies?
= recommendation =
Move fas1 off of it to somewhere else.
09:39 < G> a) memtest 09:39 < G> b) IBM Diags 09:39 < G> c) Rebuild if none of the above show any
Matt, as I recall you are planning on using app1.stg for some mirrormanager testing. Would it be possible to do this on app2.stg instead, or should we rebuild app1.stg somewhere else/rebuild it on a temp basis for these changes?
fas1 is now on xen5
Current status:
memtest86+ was full of fail - it didn't even run properly
IBM Diagnostics (F2) required optical media, so I went through each test (minus Video and optical) manually, everything passed, including the load test.
Fixed a Serial Console issue (not outputting BIOS/POST to cyclades at the same time.
Next Steps:
Monitor, rebuild if problem persists.
Have we found a cause/fix for the reboots? We haven't had any recently, right?
[smooge@xen13 ~]$ uptime 00:12:20 up 56 days, 23:12, 1 user, load average: 0.04, 0.08, 0.02
I think the system is fixed now after hardware fix.
