Hello!
Current fedora-trans-ru maillist-admin (Andrew Markelov) is extremely busy with other work, so he can't find enough time to manage this list. The small community of translators to russian decided to resolve this situation, and, after some online-offline conversations, they proposed new candidate - Sergey Raspopov (FAS name SergeyR). He is willing to take over a business from Andrew.
Andrew has no objections against Sergey, and most part of the little team of translators are also satisfied with this candidate.
Please, add him (SergeyR) as a new maintainer of fedora-trans-ru list.

Currently mailman admin is me "Andrew Martynov". Now I changed admin contacts for fedora-trans-ru@redhat.com to new list administrator Sergey@fregat-gk.ru.
Andrew, thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, SergeyR's rights are not enough to log in to the admin's interface ( https://www.redhat.com/mailman/admin/fedora-trans-ru ). Perhaps, he needs some extra rights?
