doing test deployment of sigul in fedora infrastructure, and need to get a build of sigul and python-nss into the infrastructure repo so that puppet can install them on sign-bridge1 and sign-vault1.
Sigul is under review https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=514104 but python-nss is modifications above and beyond the EL5 version and can't be put in EPEL. mitr has made the modifications and I've rebuild the package through koji.

This is done (for x86_64 only) now. Jesse is also looking at getting python-nss into EPEL.
