Can you rebuild spin1 as a rawhide host?

I don't think there is anything that needs to be saved on the current one, it can probibly be wiped and replaced with a new rawhide version.

Ideally it would be good for this host to be close to 'alt.fedoraproject.org' net wise so it could potentially upload test images to there for qa/testing.
