This is a project tracking ticket for the https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Websites#Decisionmaking_process project for the F12 release cycle. Tasks for this project should have this ticket set as a blocker, and when the project is complete (at the end of the F12 cycle) this ticket should be closed.
Targetting to f12 and removing blocker.
I guess there's no point in repeatedly pushing this ticket back. For what it's worth, we haven't had any decision-making disputes since this came up :-)
