Please install the WikiRenamePlugin available at http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/WikiRenamePlugin on all Fedorahosted Trac instances, as it is an extremely useful feature when projects need to reorganize their page structure.
Apologies for taking so long to respond to this request. Unfortunately, we can only install what we have a RPM package for. Please make sure to get this into EPEL.
Once a review request for that package has been created, get back to us with the link to it. We will install that plugin as soon as it's in EPEL (and we tested it to not break things).
If this is really urgent, we might install an early version of that package - i.e. before it has been approved.
