It would be very helpful to have this URL in Fedora , too.
This would probably just be a allow_tar = 0 in the viewvc configs. Mike, do you see any issues with enabling this? I'm not sure if it can be configured on a per-repo basis or anything, but this would certainly be very bad to enable on some of our larger repos if they get spidered :-/
