Status check: issue still present.
I think Mike is still waiting for the SOC guys to activate the new IPs in the Loadbalancers, and yesterday everything was deployed in puppet, and i saw the changes on the proxies, but we didn't brought the new eth0:4 up.
Looks like this is fixed now- closing the ticket.
