It seems there is some problem with my account. I have already added the SSH key at https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/user/fxzxmicah/, but it still tells me that I need to add an SSH key before I can use Git over SSH.

Did you tried to logout and login from src.fedoraproject.org? It updates the user profile on login.

Non packagers cannot use ssh with src.fedoraproject.org

You need to use https. See:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/HTTPS-commits

That's unfortunate. I only use the standard Git workflow.

You can also use 'remote' pull requests. Ie, push your changes to some repo available on the internet and just point to it.
